Lego Classic Space 6951 Robot Command Center Set (1984): 100% Comp w/Instruction

Description: Vintage 1984 Lego Classic Space #6945-1 Robot Command Center Set. This set is inventoried and 100% complete - and comes with the original instructions. The set has 294 pieces including 3 minifigures (Classic Black Astronaut, Classic Red Astronaut, Classic Yellow Astronaut). Note that the gold moon on the bricks and astronauts are all in great shape (see pictures). The Robot Command Center is a giant robot-shaped structure that consists of a large cockpit section positioned on two large pylon legs. Each of these immovable legs is equipped with a flexible grapple arm, two storage boxes and searchlights mounted on a hinged fixture. The head section houses two cockpits with steering wheels and computer monitors. Both cockpits were open to the rear, and have foldable roofs. At the top is a large rotatable dish antenna. There is a small rover and spacecraft that can be docked on pins between the legs or inside its docking port. A rocket can be mounted at the rear of the structure. The overall set is in great condition. Some pieces may show some playwear or color variation including minor yellowing on some of the old gray pieces. The instructions are in very good condition with a repaired tear on the back cover, minor wrinkles, and edge wear (see pictures). No extra pieces included. The set will come disassembled.
