Includes printed inner sleeve (4 solo cover images on each side), folded Kiss Army insert, one sided lyric insert and one folded poster (like puzzle part to match with others). Print on left spine is green. Black cover has top right corner cut. Spines and corners show a little white from shelf wear. Peter's head is on label above center hole with KISS at left and Peter Criss at right. The middle ring of side 1 label is a bit prominent (less than perfect), side 2 label looks better.
