Will have to be shipped dry due to shipping regulations. It is the customers responsibility to add coolant and oil! If picked up locally it has fresh coolant and oil. Comes with muffler came from a scag. Local pickup available, if shipped will more then likely have to be put on a pallet and shipped via fastenall due to its size and weight.
