It has a dragon handle and features clusters of multicolored grapes and green leaves against a variegated background. The rim is scalloped and outlined with gold. The base diameter is 6". It is signed by the artist, Randalli. The Jean Pouyat Limoges decorating factory mark (JPL) dates the piece to from 1890 to 1932. There are no chips or cracks. The artwork is vivid and colorful.
