Description: Tagged Pleasant Company 1994, Kirsten's first version Summer Fishing Outfit is in excellent condition. This set is almost impossible to find. The blue and off-white striped short-sleeved drop-shouldered cotton dress has tucked up "growth stripes" at the bottom of dress. Clean with no marks or odors. Her straw boater hat has black ribbon trim around crown and then tied in a bow. The cherries are still in good shape...no crackling! The red lace up boots have a Pleasant Company sticker on the bottom. The STILL NEW IN PACKAGE American Girl fishing pole comes in two sections, complete with bobber and hook. This set comes with the bait basket (the fragile handle is missing) complete with drawstring checkered fabric pouch, as well as the trout basket with swivel lid. Also included are three rubbery trout, each with a ring attached for the hook of the pole to "catch" the fish. In addition, there are three rubbery crickets (looks like all are intact) and one rubbery green frog that seems to be missing part of his back legs. Also included is the paperback book, "Kirsten Saves the Day" (excellent unread condition) The first pic is a stock photo - the actual items are shown in the pics after model Kirsten.
