They are new and unused- Spartan Celox is still in the plastic insert from the original packaging, complete with weapon, and has never been removed. The Gungoose vehicle was removed from the box to make shipping easier and cheaper, but has never been used. As with any mass-produced toy, there may be some slight factory paint imperfections, so please look at the photos- the photos are of the EXACT item that you will receive, NO stock photos.
