Game case is in great condition except that the tab that holds the disc in place is missing a piece. The two remaining pieces still hold the disc in place. Cushioning will be provided inside the case to keep the disc on the tabs in the case during shipping. There appears to be an anomaly in the plastic in one small spot on the edge of the disc. It's like a "dent" in the plastic. See the 11th image for reference. It is not located in a place where it can interfere with reading the disc. Images are of actual item for sale in this listing.
