It is folded, the dimensions are 27x41 Comes from a smoke free pet free home. I am not a professional grader. The poster has been FOLDED. In my opinion there is minimal wear, there is a few dark splotches on the white, see pictures. There are fold lines, no rips/no tears/no staple marks/no tape and the poster looks Fair.
