Description: What a find! Sure, 1978 Donruss Elvis cards are aplenty but you don't see an unopened case often-if at all. Found in an old previous HARDWARE HANK in Minnesota recently and still housing 16 unopened boxes filled with yummy gum. (576 packs--about 4,032 cards and, best of all, 576 wads of nearly 50 year old bubble gum!) Both top and bottom are very, very securely sealed still. There is wear around the box with a small hole and area that has been pushed in some and torn (see pics) Hard to say what impact that has had on a box or two. Red color is more like a dull red but is a consistent red--not really fading anywhere and fabulous Elvis graphics still strong with some wear on top of head (see pics). This has sat undisturbed in the back of a dark closet for nearly 50 years. And boy is this thing heavy! About 27 pounds so it's expensive to ship and will be double boxed (I know how to ship!). Most likely shipping is at least 115 dollars (this is calculated going to California from MN as an example) I calculate insurance at 50.00 so shipping is 165.00 (insurance is coupled in with shipping cost). If actual cost turns out less than that, I will refund the difference as I make NO money off shipping. If cost is more, I pay the difference.
