Description: This is an older framed matted picture of President & Mrs. Reagan. The frame measures appx 14" x 11" the photo itself measures appx 9" x 6.5". The photo is personalized to Mr & Mrs Maughan (see below) and I believe is signed by the President & Mrs. Reagan. This is from the Estate of Ralph T. Maughan who passed 4/18/08 and is Buried @ Arlington National Cemetery. He served in the US Airforce for 21 years - then worked at the White House in the Travel & Telegraph (Communications) Office for 20 years.
