Description: Up For Consideration: Fine 19th Century ANTIQUE OIL PAINTING Portrait Of A Young Girl Condition: Very nice, pre-owned, used with patinas and /or imperfections associated with signs of age. This is a portrait of young child. Early 19th century portrait in oval oak(?) gold gilt original frame. Stands 24" tall in frame-22" wide in frame and 3" depth in frame. The canvas is stretched over wood board covering it around most of canvas but not in the center so has some loose-ness to the center of portrait canvas. Frame has some slight chipping, paint loss and other age or worn areas. It is being listed as unsigned since I see NO artist signature on front or back. I did not tear out the frame where the canvas has been stretched to search for artist if signed. I do NOT see any rips, tears or holes in the canvas.
