The obverse detail is similar to some medals and coins issued around the time she began her reign (1741-1762). Date on the reverse of the medal: 1741. Composition of the piece is unknown but it is not magnetic. The medal is quite large and weighs over 20 grams! Please review pictures and item description very carefully.
