Description: Chinese-made ornamental screen, coromandel wood, black lacquer and brass -covered legs. Six panels measuring 72" x 16" x 1". Scene is landscape with "imperial" palace, gazebo and bridge with elegant ladies. Reverse screen is trees and birds. Panels appear to be hand made and hand painted with touches of gilt. Panels are connected by double hinges (PLEASE NOTE, ONE HINGE PIN IS MISSING REPLACED BY SOLID BRASS ROD). From my mother's estate, bought in the mid 80's. In good vintage condition.
