Description: Thank you for looking at one of my HAND PAINTED floorclothes. All of my floorclothes are signed and dated. They all start with 12 oz heavyweight primed (both sides) canvas. the 1" hems are mitered, and contact cemented in place. all my pieces are protected with three coasts of polyurethane. this makes them incredibly durable and wear resistant. They are meant for the floor, to be walked on, and spills just wipe away.This 24"x36" particular piece has a background color of cream. the border is hunter green, burnt mustard yellow, and colonial red. The diamonds are yellow and the stars are green and red. The entire piece has been antiqued with a glaze to give it that old world charm we love in our country homes. These clothes are water resistant, but not waterproof. You will not want to let water collect underneath them. They can be washed with a damp mop and mild soap. I started making them decades ago for my home and they are still going strong. Please give two weeks to create your cloth. Your cloth will be shipped once payment clears.
