Velvet is 73% acetate and 27% rayon. Every other stud on the front is a button so you're not really having to button as many buttons as it looks. The measurements might sound large for a small but it has just a bit of a dropped shoulder construction and that skews that measurement. 16 inches across the back from shoulder to shoulder. 19 1/2 inches underarm to underarm. 23 inch sleeve. 21 1/2 inches in length at the longest point in front.
