It also raises the doll house from the ground approx. 2 feet to accommodate taller and/or older children. It has been neglected and is in need of some TLC. Nothing that some wood glue and a little creativity couldn’t fix. The roof is the most concern requiring a few shingles to be replaced. The railing posts need to be placed around the house. The house has 7 rooms total including a kitchen, formal dining room, formal living room, large master bedroom and 2 other bedrooms, a bathroom and a full attic. The house is fully furnished with wooden furniture, some Cherry Oak and other natural grain wood pieces are amongst the furnishings. Some bathroom pieces are porcelain and a few kitchen items are pewter and metal. The kitchen has a stove with pots and pans. There are eggs in a bowl, flour sack and milk bottles. Also, an assortment of blue dishes. The list goes on as this house has all the details included.
