The building measures approx. 6 inches high x 7 1/2 inches long x 4 1/2 inches wide. It is in very good displayed condition, I have found no flaws. It is a must have piece for your village display. The light cord and sign is included. It still would look great in your Christmas Story village display . It was purchased from a Dept. 56 collector and has been stored in a smoke free home.
