It was signed twice by Jim Lee (who also did an awesome original sketch on the front cover), as well as signed by John Romita Jr., Alex Sinclair and Scott Williams. All of this was done in the presence of CGC so that there is no doubt about authenticity. Its CGC case shows a few Newton Rings; it also has a tiny hairline crack on edge (see last picture above) - it's small enough that I don't think most collectors would mind, but worth mentioning.
