There is a windows 2000 COA , there fore it has the wrong OS installed. You are buying just the main computer. The monitor, keyboard or wires are not included , they were used to demonstrate functionality. Please keep in mind this item is heavy (20lbs unpacked) therefore the shipping charges will be high.
