It is in the form of a water bird; most likely a penguin, but could also be a swan or cormorant. This is a BEUATIFUL color and a BEAUTIFUL design. Judging from the cloudy base, I would think it's made in China, but there is no indication or mark. He is 5.5 inches tall and 1.5 inches in diameter at the base. This AMAZING bird is in GREAT CONDITION! There is a chip on the bottom edge in the back that is not visible when it's standing up. There are 2 minor nicks (one on the chest of the bird and the other on the back at the base of the neck). These are not really visible, as they blend in with the color of the glass and are super tiny. This is an EXCELLENT PIECE OF GLASS ART!
