It has 2 open pockets on the front under the flap, and the inside is open with 1 zippered pocket. nd 2 pen holder pockets. It does have a small pen mark on the inside of the flap, but the rest of the inside is free of stains, snags and marks. The handles do have some very, very slight wearing but as this is leather, it will last for a very long time. This bag is sold as is, with out guarantee.
