Description: This is new old stock, sold out over ten years ago. I pre-ordered this, and has been in my collection since. The box does have a small ding on the top, it arrived like that. The car is mint, and still has the tape on it (see pictures). Mega rare 1:18 scale die-cast model, famous Mercedes-Benz 300SLR(W196S) #658 race car, 2nd place of Mille Miglia 1955, driven by one of the greatest driver in F1 history - Juan Manuel Fangio. Released by CMC Model almost 10 years ago, item code M-117. Amazing details, with opening front engine hood/real hood/doors/fuel cap, detailed engine with metal wirings & tubes/accurate chassis suspension parts, amazing cockpit interior/spoke wheels! Model comes with original box, COA card, never been displayed out. Both the box and model are still in excellent condition, a few parts may has a few small paint rashes - as common issue of die-cast model due to age, but not bad at all. Mega rare model, out of production for many years, very hard to collect now - A nice one as your best Mercedes classic car collection!
