Description: This super cute West Highland Terrier is from Club Libby Lu and is part of the My Fancy Friend & Me series. Not sure if you had a Libby Lu wherever you live but here in NJ there was one back in the early 2000's. They were fancy birthday places where girls could go have spa day parties and ours had a limousine too. They got to be Princesses for the day and they had pooch parlors where cute puppies like this could be won or purchased. There were apparently 98 of them in the US in 28 states. Who knew? I suppose this little guy did but he's not talking. What happens at Libby Lu stays at Libby Lu or maybe the nail polish fumes got to him poor guy. LOL. Any way he is so adorable and in great condition. I know he's a Westie cause my dad & stepmom had one way back when named McTaggert. Very Scottish. Their other dog was Scottish Terrier that was black and named McPherson. True story!! So if you love a little Westie puppy then this guy is for you. Happy Shopping! He's about 5.5"
