Please note that the pendant is actually a key, not a heart.Frank is from the Charlie Bears 2016 Collection.Excellent condition like new!!! Complete with tags!!! In addition, Frank comes with handmade pants, hat, bow tie and crochet handmade blue bear toy (please see the pictures), added by me, that were not part of the original release!!!
