Description: This is an Antique CARL THIEME Dresden Flowers Hand Painted 8-3/4" Reticulated Plate Gold Trim (B). The rim has alternating reticulated/pierced and solid floral hand painted panels. The center has a hand painted floral bouquet. It is in fabulous condition with no chips, cracks, or crazing, and the painting and gold is in excellent condition.
