In the center of the wreath is a Maltese cross with bugle and strings. The boss is a Lion's Mask surrounded by an ornate border. The whistle is attached to the boss with a chain. The shoulder belt plate, boss and whistle have screw post fittings for mounting on the shoulder belt. The shoulder belt plate would be mounted between the whistle and the boss. The shoulder belt plate has a backing plate. All in white metal. The shoulder belt plate is 6.4 X 9 cm. Boss is 5.1 cm in diameter, whistle is 6.5 X 2 cm with a 16 inch chain. In very good condition.
