With heavy gold with hand enameled raised gold floral and gold and yellow enamel scrollwork. Unsigned. Probably Moser or one of their contemporaries. Circa 1890 to 1910. Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 2 1/4 inches wide x 3 7/8 inches tall.
