Book is in Good condition light wear on covers at hinges, general wear, shelf wear, water damage on lower portion of pages that left very light staining and rumpled pages (see pictures), and one hole of the clear plastic protector first sheet is torn. 5 ring binder opens and closes as it should and has no rust, holes in pages for rings are in very good shape with none torn out, plastic piece in binder that keeps pages aligned is in good shape.
