The timer runs and the speed adjusts.It winds and runs when i hit the button. The only thing I can see is that it needs to be cleaned. When you look through the lens it has dust spots. When I blow in the lens opening the dust spots move so I know it isn't damage. I am not a pro so I don't want to damage it by trying to clean it. It has a 3 smaller lenses on 1 turret and 2 larger lenses on the 2nd turret.
