Description: Russia Michel 260IE IMPERFORATE stamp with perforations added, never hinged. This is the 3R IMPERFORATE stamp mentioned in the Scott note after Scott 275A. It is Michel 260IE. Someone has taken the IMPERFORATE stamp and added perf 10 perforations in an attempt to create the scarce Scott 292a.
