DC output was checked with a multimeter and AC signal output was checked with an oscilloscope. The rotary mV switch and division button switches work fine. The vernier dial for fine tuning is erratic and the potentiometer likely needs to be cleaned. This is a vintage item. It was tested at time of listing and shown to be in the condition described above.
