A scratch on a slab DOES NOT warrant any type of refund or return so do not ask. You can easily remove the scratch by wiping down some scratch x polish onto the slab with a towel. Combined shipping should now be automatically applied at checkout.-Cards that are deemed to be worth under $20, will be shipped in an ebay white tracked envelope. HOWEVER, if you win MORE than 3 cards, you will be charged extra for bubble mailer shipping. This is because ebay only allows 3 or less toploaded cards in a plain white envelope. Please understand that the ebay tracked envelope system is imperfect. The tracking does not always update quickly, and packages could take a little longer to be delivered.
