Description: The July 1985 issue of Arabian Horse World is packed with 704 pages of great features and beautiful photos. There's a retrospective of Polish sales by Marek Grzybowski that is packed with photos, and an interview with several Polish luminaries (Krzystalowicz, Jaworowski, etc) by Zenon Lipowicz that is interesting and includes photos of all the greats -- from Amurath Sahib to Witraz. The "Sire of Significance" for the month is the immortal *Bask ++, and AHW dedicates over 50 pages to him, his progeny, show records, memories, etc -- all the things at which AHW excelled during the heyday of the Arabian Horse. There's also all the usual advertisements paying homage to him through his progeny. As if that's not enough, there's the comprehensive coverage of the Scottsdale show that AHW was known for back in the day, and congratulatory ads saluting the winners. This issue is in very good condition for its age. There's a crease on the upper right hand corner of the cover, as shown in the photograph. (It's also a very sunny day, so there's some reflection in the photos -- especially the dark blue cover. It's not scuffs). All the pages are clean -- no markings. The binding is tight.
