Description: Up for sale is one of the earliest projects to provide VGA output for the Apple IIe and IIc, around 2008-2010. The project was from Ferdinand Meyer-Hermann and prototypes were demoed in Kansasfest, July 2009. The slide deck from the presentation is available at https://www.kansasfest.org/wp-content/uploads/2009-ferdinand-video.pdf The Internet Archive Wayback Machine captured the project web pages from that time https://web.archive.org/web/20100411032412/http://ferdimh.homelinux.net/a2/a2vga/ This card/prototype comes in a project box with a connector cable for the Apple IIc DB15 video port, and a VGA output port to connect a VGA monitor. Has some adjustment dials on one side, and there is a jumper in the board which I think was for selecting monochrome output. The card uses a Xilinx CPLD and is potentially a good CPLD programming project.
