Description: Up for sale is a neat red painted wall box with a cover full of little holes. Possibly used like a flower frog? Not sure. Cover with holes in it is about an inch below the top of the well. Neat large tombstone back. Thin boards. Circa 1900. Does have round nails. Good oxidation to the bare wood. Originally sourced years ago in Butler County Ohio. Holes are not uniform in size. No indication that wet flowers were ever used. Or anything wet. Original red paint. Its a darker red paint. 10 and 1/4 inches wide. 7 and 1/4 inches deep. 10 inches tall Condition: Displays well. All original. No repairs. Nice dry surface. Has the wood loss around the center nail hole. Also has the chunk missing off of the top. Small, short split from the chunk missing. About 1.5 inches long. Dirty from use. Has some scratches and wear. Nothing too distracting. Some scuffs. Paint worn down in a few areas. See photos and video to determine condition.
