Antique Salviati Cobalt Blue Venetian Glass & White Lace Berry Canal Scene Bowl

Description: For your consideration is a vintage berry bowl. The round cobalt blue piece has white lace decor of a canal near the Bridge of Sighs in Venice and hand painted enamel cartouche accents. It stands about 1 inch in height and measures approximately 7 1/2 inches in diameter. The piece, with a rough pontil mark, is unmarked but believed to be a Murano Salviati design from the 1920's and could have been decorated by Moser. It is free of cracks, nicks, or repairs, but there is what appears to be a smear on the design and 2 minute small chips on the rim. See pictures. It is priced accordingly. The net weight is 16 ounces.
