Antique Large Chrome Art Deco Wall Sconces Light Fixtures Vanity Mirror Theater

Description: MEASUREMENTS- LARGE SIZE. 25” Tall x 4 1/4” wide at the wings x 2” outward from the wall. Super unique original 1930s-1940s large chrome theater themed art deco large fluorescent light sconces. These would have been used In conjunction with a recessed vanity mirror or dressing room/make up rooms of the 1930s-40s era. The look is just phenomenal with the sleek Deco design and chrome finish. The finish overall is very nice considering these lights are circa 80 plus years old! Theres a few spots where the chrome has some slight speckling in the finish and some slight swirling/scratching but to be honest the chrome finish is way above average for lighting this age. Both lights are tested and work well. The lights take about 3-5 seconds to kick on and the ballasts run very smooth with no noise or flicker when tested. The fluorescent starters look to have been changed out new at some point. One of the sconces has a plug in at the bottom which works well NOTE- (please keep in mind that plug receptacles this age did not have the wide prong side like modern plugs have today, it will only except the vintage style plugs). These are an extremely rare set indeed and will be sure to look dazzling and strike up conversations every time. The lights come just as you see them, any mounting hardware will need to be accessed and provided by the new owners and/or their contractor.
