Description: I have a good Henry Disston & Sons no.7 rip saw for sale. This saw has been cleaned up and needs a sharpen, it could be sanded more to improve its steel, it has sat s long time after it initial clean up. The steel has a few areas of pitting but in pretty good shape for its old age. The handle is uncracked and has very good horns that are in good shape. The brass nuts are all original and hold correctly. It has very good depth and has very good weight. I see a very stamp plate and see a number 7. This is an early Disston saw that has very good weight and will perform... it is a bit of a beast and should chew through wood when well sharpened. These are getting harder to find in this condition.
