Description: A French antique Henriot Quimper bagpipe shaped wall pocket featuring a hand painted Breton woman carrying a basket and flanked by flowering greenery. A cut out on the back side allows for secure hanging on a wall. This piece is marked HR Quimper on the lower side which indicates it was made sometime between 1896 - 1922. In excellent antique condition for antique faience with a small areas of glaze crawling on the top bow and bottom bow and a few along the right edge all originating from the production process. Dimensions are 7 3/4" tall x 5 1/4" wide x 1 1/2" deep.
