Description: A very fine antique Bohemian ( Moser ) purple glass vase. Czechoslovakia, circa 1890. This is a RARE and unusual piece, ALL hand painted and decorated with gilt enamel, on a white color background. The high relief glass, in purple color ( very unusual color ), nicely cut and decorated with gold gilding. Excellent hand work, excellent details. Very high quality gold gilded enamel decoration all over the vase. Signed underneath Moser Karlsbad ( see photo ). Please see photos carefully to admire the beauty of the work. Usually these type of vases was NOT signed, but rarely signed when it is an outstanding piece. H : 10 1/4 inches ( 26 cm ) W : 3 inches ( 8 cm ) D : 3 inches ( 8 cm ) Weight : 13.3 oz ( 376 grams ).
