March 1824 date. Old handwritten notation on back. Includes entries for "Bells and Clocks," "Chimney Sweep," "School House built on the Old Boston road," etc. Jonathan P. Saunders, was Town Clerk. Some small holes, a few fold lines, and some age staining are evident but all type is very solid. Possibly a letterpress proof.
