If we overlook an issue, please notify us immediately. For graded cards, they are assessed by a professional third-party grading company, and the card's quality and condition are determined by the grader, not by us. We are not responsible if you find the card quality/condition inconsistent with the grade. Any major defects with the case, such as chips or significant scratches, will be disclosed, but please note that minor scuffs and scratches are common. Buyers are welcome to make offers on most of our cards, but we reserve the right to reject any offers or not respond. Offers can be made on the listing or via messages to us. We welcome messages and discussions about multi-card deals. However, please be respectful and understand that we may not agree with your target pricing or recent sales pricing (e.g., comps). Domestic (within Australia): Free Shipping. No additional costs! 2. International (outside Australia): Shipping amount determined by eBay. Final price displayed at checkout. Orders are shipped cyclically (every 3 business days) using Australia Post (AusPost) as the carrier. The international shipping fee is determined by the eBay Shipping Program and is beyond our control. Australia Post allows us to ship to most countries. If we are unable to ship to your delivery address, we will inform you to discuss alternatives before canceling your order. All cards are securely packaged and well-protected. Each card is toploaded, placed in sleeves, backed by a one-touch case (if shown in the listing), and wrapped in bubble wrap. This ensures your card arrives safely. We may also upgrade to express shipping and signature confirmation at no additional cost when we deem it necessary to reduce risk. Return Policy We maintain a no-return policy for all our listings and cards. This approach is standard among sellers of collectibles and is consistent with industry practices in the trading card sector. However, under Australian Law, we do accept returns if an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or does not match the description. Please be aware that return requests based on "change of mind," "found a better price," or general buyer's remorse will typically be closed without action. To avoid any issues, please request additional information, photos, or details about the card's condition prior to making a purchase. If a return is deemed necessary and agreed upon, we will cover the return shipping costs, as returns are only accepted when the fault is ours.
