CGC books are bubble wrapped & packed in crushed newspaper. After 30 yrs of using media mail to save buyers thousands in shipping, the P.O. has eliminated 99% of the media mail & bks are no longer media. I can combine shipping for $3. Comments on the CGC bks: Pricing is based on sold CGC bks, taking the lowest sold copies & dropping my price some if possible. I usually sell bks cheaper than most everyone but dealing w/ CGC is insanely expensive. A lost batch of bks cost us $10,000-$20,000 in losses. Double charged my credit card. No longer giving discounts on huge batches of bks. Unkept promises on big bks sent in. Pre-grade expectations cost an extra $7 on bks that don't make grades. Getting the nicest copies in the world is expensive.
