Has some typical blemishes as to be expected for a 40+ year old steering wheel. It has a very nice center horn button. There is no horn button retainer hardware, so you will have to re-use your old hardware. I put a quick cleaning on it and wiped it with some WD40. Could use a more detailed cleaning before use.
