Great upgrade for, even new, domestic and imported arbor presses with cast anvil wheels. This is not a "Blank" that requires further finishing. The edges are smoothed and lightly deburred. The bottom is ground flat and is center drilled and a 1/4" pin is installed. Final step is to hand smooth all sharp corners so it is a pleasure to turn (without catching) and position the wheel for alignment.
