Description: This auction is for 3 jars of my Convenient Gourmet Cajun Pickled okra. I have a small cannery here where for the past 14 years I have processed and sold to convenience stores, truck stops and liquor stores. We sell on the average of over 3000 jars just of quail eggs monthly in about 175 stores scattered over parts of Arkansas, Louisiana and East Texas. We also process a wide variety of other pickled items so at this time I am ready putting some of my Gourmet Pickled items and Jams and Jellies on Ebay. We make all kinds of eggs, pickles ,relishes and jams and jellies. We try to make our pickled items a little different than some other places do. I make my items where you can taste the vegetable and the seasonings instead of just vinegar and pepper. These are made from fresh asparagus and are seasoned with our own Cajun blend of spices, It has salt, assorted peppers ,garlic and chili powder mixed together for a tasty flavor without a lot of heat. We do make some hot items but the majority of my items are this flavor. If you are looking for an overbearing vinegar tastethese are not for you. These are pickled well and healthy to eat but wewant you to enjoy the flavors instead of that vinegar TWANG !
