The body material is 100% merino wool and the front and partial back plaid material is 100% polyester. The lining is 86% polyester and 14% spandex and the sweater is hand washable or dry clean. The color on the tag is safari, which is an olive brown and the lighter, plaid material is like a tan. The collar, sleeve cuffs and waistband are knitted in a fine ribbed pattern. The sweater is fully lined, including the sleeves. The sweater measures 24.5" across the chest from armpit to armpit and the length is 28.5" from the bottom of the collar. The sleeves measure 27" from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeves. Please note that the measurements are small for an XL. This item does run small.
