Description: Up for sale here is a 2021 $25 One Ounce Palladium American Eagle Uncirculated Coin Graded MS 70 by PCGS, Housed in the Special Edition Reagan Legacy Hand Signed Holder and Attributed as a First Day of Issue Coin. This is a better issue graded at the Flawless Level. Any scratches or scuffs are on the holder, not the coin. Please view photos and grade for yourself. Please feel free to ask any questions that you may have. I do not ship internationally due to the high cost of shipping and insurance.
