Description: Only 749 2011 etopps Chris Sale cards created. Originally you paid Topps directly for each card and after purchasing they remained in Topps storage. While in storage you cold still trade them and sell them on ebay. If you wanted them "in-hand" you needed to pay Topps to ship them to you.
