If you didn't know, Joe Hill is one of Stephen and Tabitha King's sons (who would take him seriously if he was only Joe King...). The writing is very much in the same vein as his dad (I'm going to say a teeeeensy bit better...by a skoche, maybe). Good fiction, hard to put down, surprising developments, always an unpredictable twist or two to delight the mind. Hot deal on a good book twofer'... Good to Very Good, gently read by me this summer, so the occasional smudge from being read by the campfire.
